هل التطبيق يعمل بدون إنترنت؟Does it work offline?
نعم. السيرفر والـ agents تعمل على شبكتك المحلّيّة بالكامل. الإنترنت يُستعمل فقط للتحقّق من الترخيص (مرّة كلّ 3 أيام، وفترة سماح أسبوع لو انقطعت الشبكة). Yes. The server and agents run entirely on your LAN. Internet is only used to validate the license (every 3 days, with a 7-day grace period if your connection drops).
هل يمكنني الترقية من Lite إلى Pro لاحقاً؟Can I upgrade from Lite to Pro later?
نعم. الترقية فوريّة — نفس مفتاحك يفتح النسخة الأعلى: بلا مفتاح جديد، بلا إعادة تفعيل، بلا إعادة تنصيب، بلا فقدان بيانات. تضغط «مزامنة الترخيص» فتظهر الحدود الجديدة حالاً، وتدفع فرق سنتك فقط. Yes. Upgrades are instant — your existing key unlocks the higher edition: no new key, no re-activation, no reinstall, no data loss. Click "Sync License" and the new limits apply immediately. You only pay the prorated difference.
ماذا يحدث لو انتهى الاشتراك؟What happens when my subscription expires?
التطبيق يعمل بفترة سماح أسبوع كاملة. بعدها يدخل وضع للقراءة فقط — تستطيع رؤية بياناتك وتصدير التقارير، لكن لا تبدأ جلسات جديدة حتى تجدّد. You get a 7-day grace period. After that the app enters read-only mode — you can view data and export reports, but no new sessions until you renew.

السيرفر وتطبيق الإدارة يعملان على Windows 10/11. الـ agents على كل PC تعمل على Windows 7+. تطبيق الموبايل على Android (iOS على خارطة الطريق). The server and admin run on Windows 10/11. The PC agents run on Windows 7+. The mobile app is Android (iOS is on the roadmap).
